UK Athletics and England Athletics in association with Manchester Athletics network are pleased to run a Pole Vault Coaching Masterclass on Sunday 15th January 2012.
This year we will run another Masterclass around the Vault Manchester Competition, Herbert Czingon, the head coach for field events in Germany will once again be our guest.
The day will look into preparation for major championships and exercise progression along the way and how this may change as the year progresses. He will take both a long term (year) view and a short term (final six weeks) look at how to prepare. The day will run from 10am to 4pm.
I hope that many of you may be able to make it or pass onto people who you may feel will benefit. Last year was an excellent day and please be aware we have limited places and so you may need to book ASAP to avoid disappointment.
